Sea New York Midi Skirt

True size 4. It has some stains and a tear along the waistband. Please see pictures. It’s an acid wash finish with a slight yellow to it. Very distressed so fraying is happening along waistband top. Fair condition with a lot of life left. This is a really great skirt that unfortunately is too big for me. I hunted it down on eBay and sadly it’s too big.
