Sea foam green fit and flare flouncy, just below the knee, summer skirt

Romy extra small BUT fits like small, seafoam green fit and flare skirt. Fabric feels amazing, lined with cotton lining. The hip portion is thicker to add extra flouncyness (I just made a fabulous word…) to the flare. Delicate beaded detail on top hip hugging portion. Side zipper and hook closure. Sits just below the knee.
