Seafoam Drop Waist Tunic with Tiered Silk Skirt and Velvet detail - O/S

Made in Italy. Drop Waist Tunic with tiered ruffled skirt in 100% silk. Bodice is 95% Viscose / 5% Spandex and is a bit see-through. There is a velvet band detail below waist, at front only. Brand is Euronice. I had removed tag at back neck a few years ago because it showed too much through the fabric. Considered one size, but would be most appropriate for sizes Small or Medium. Only worn a few times.
