Some wear on cover, corners and pages. Page 3-4 is missing, part of the missing page is stuck on the inside cover. I did see a page that was partially cut out. Some separation on the binding for a couple pages. Some creases. Some tears. See Pics. Measures Approximately 11" x 8" x 1.25" 880 Pages
