These are in excellent condition the only issue is the bottom of the pant leg , the small brown piece on the bottom on the inside is a little tear. Elegant and beautiful sleepwear with a rich brown and tan pattern. Satiny feel. The tie string is only decoration. Back of the pajama bottoms is an elastic. PTP 26.6, length 26.5, sleep 24 and the bottom 25. The pajama bottoms waistband 23-24, rise 13, length 29.5, hips 30 and cuff circumference 20.5. if you had iron on hem ribbon you could easily hem up the brown cuff. It is 1 inch wide.
