Seek Shelter Celia party sun dress

Hand dyed by the owner of Shelter. Made on Vancouver island by a slow fashion company. A beautiful dress, just doesn’t fit me like I hoped. It's no longer sold on their website and is a very unique piece. Originally $230(ish). Never been worn Size M but is oversized would easily fit L or even XL
