Sele` Double Breasted Top

This is so adorable with its puffed sleeves, ruffled collar, and cute jacket like appearance. Pair this top with a pair of black flared pants and you will have the sweetest outfit. I bought this online for myself, but did not fit. This is a very small large, would better fit a medium.
