Elasticated cuffs on the balloon sleeves. Has a layered skirt and ruffle details around the shoulders and neckline. Fully lined with a golden coloured lining that gives the skirt more volume. The material does not have stretch and waist is not elasticated. Zips up in the back. Materials are 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
