Selkie - The Oxford Skirt Mini A-Line Skirt

Selkie - The Oxford Skirt in Small Brand new with tags but when I bought it I didn’t notice the pen mark on the inside of the skirt. It is not noticeable when you wear it. Please take notice before purchasing (see photo). Waist measures 34 inches and length is about 45 Inches.
