Very cute Black and Gold dress. Worn only one time to a high school formal. Would be beautiful at any formal event. gold glitter detail on top with sweetheart neckline. bottom is solid black with beautiful longer sheer layer over the skirt with black trim. it is much longer in the back. Ties on back however, top loop is missing. an easy fix. no tags, likely size small Waist: 13 Neckline to Hem: 23 Laying flat, measurements for sheer layer: Front: 26.6 Back: 37 prom ready
