Semi-formal dress

White Tulle dress with black accents, black satin sash around the middle coming to a large bow in the back. Sweetheart neckline, slip on (no zipper), lined with a small bottom layer of tulle to add flounce. Fits true to size but is also forgiving, could fit a medium.
