Semi-formal maxi dress

Brand new long dress purchased and never worn. Purchased on sale for $120CAD. Was going to wear to a summer wedding. Lined on top, not on bottom, though it's opaque. Not low cut, nice wide shoulders cover bra straps. At the time of purchase, I wore size 16 and was around 40J bust.
