@gcapriotti Hi, these are a power base. They look to have a soft texture, but ultimately, you could just take a brush and sweep them on. They shouldn't behave like a cream would, with the need to set or anything like that. I have not tried this palette myself, as I just have way way to many others to get through or sell at this point. Hope that helps!
