This is a gorgeous dress for summer. It’s made in Russia so unique to the North American market. This is one of kind dress. It’s in excellent condition, I’m not sure that it’s ever been worn. Very demure and feminine. Pair with a jean jacket for a casual look or heels for a more formal event. It has a hidden zipper on the left side. Measured flat - measurements are approximate Pit to pit is 15 1/2 inches The waist measures 24 inches Measured at the back, from the collar to the waist is 14 inches.
