Well designed and manufactured to be long lasting. Strong straps with many loops to tie or clip on gear. All buckles in excellent condition. Lower exterior access to sleeping bag at base of pack. Padded waistband, padding in upper bsck and lumbar region. I was very comfortable hiking 25 km a day with a full pack. Lightly used, excellent clean condition
