A vintage pedestal serving platter or tray decorated in floral patterns. I presume it to be silver plated -I was able to clean off most of the tarnish with Silvo- but it is unmarked. The foot has a felt pad to avoid scratching surfaces but it no longer covers the rim of the foot. The platter is 12 1/4" wide while standing 3 1/4" tall.
