Set of 2 Green and Gold Ye Old English Teacups & Saucers by Jackson and Gosling

These are two tea cups & saucers of Jackson & Gosling's Grosvenor "Ye Old English" line. Produced in Staffordshire, the markings on the underside were used starting in 1924. The cups are decorated on their insides with fruit including grapes, apples & pears with gold filigree around the rims. The outsides are in a green "scale" pattern with gold rims. The pattern number on the underside is 6371 or possibly 6171. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. The tea cups stand 2 1/8" tall with 3 3/4" mouths. The saucers are 5 1/4" wide.
