The lighter one is a front tie which really helps with gaping, also the T shape back makes it to e perfect choice for racer back tops The darker one is wireless for greater comfort, it is also padded (not removal but built-in as in it is a thicker material in the cups) Both are super comfortable with adjustable straps, gently used few times, unfortunately no longer fits.
