Recommended inflation circumference is 150 to 190 cm. Inflate large balloon with helium or air. Recommended circumference is up to 190 cm to maintain sphere shape. Inflate more if you would like a classic balloon shape. Fasten by tying a knot or with a strong elastic band. 2. Tie long ribbon or string around balloon end (ribbon/string) not included. 3. Separate with hands, or use scissors to cut, the bottom fringe of each tassel. 4. Starting at the top, roll first tassel around base of balloon and string. Fasten using string provided or clear tape. Fluff tassel to ensure layers of tissue are separated. 5. Continue the steps above for the remaining tassels working down the string. Warnings: - This item and packaging are choking hazards.
