Set of 2 professionally framed watercolour originals. Andrew Reilman was a Edmonton artist who specialized in miniature watercolours. Some scuffs on frames but watercolours are in perfect condition. Comparables have sold for $150 each. Born in Groningen, Holland in 1918, Mr Reilman has lived in Canada since 1955 where he and his wife raised their family. In 1980 Mr. Reilman took early retirement to devote himself full-time to art. Subtle, understated and harmonious, Mr. Reilman’s miniature watercolours portray the vast and varied landscape of his beloved Alberta. Framed size is 5.25” x 17.25”.
