Set of Four Japanese fishing floats

vintage glass Japanese fishing floats, used by fishermen to provide buoyancy to their nets. The floats are handmade by glassblowers using recycled glass, often old sake bottles in Japan After being blown, the floats were sealed with a "button" of melted glass.
