Season 1 - Disc 2 has some scratches Season 2 - All discs in great condition Season 3 - All discs in great condition Season 4 - Disc 2 has some scratches Season 5 - Disc 2 has light scratches Season 6 - Disc 2 is heavily scratched ALL discs are included, there are none missing. The only disc that is quite scratched up is the second disc from season 6. Any other discs that haven't been mentioned are in perfect condition.
