Sexy 80s Low Cut Black Cocktail Dress

Vintage 1980s holiday party dress by designer Tracy Mills. Black dress with a to-the-waist, deep plunging neckline. 😍 Long billowy sleeves with thick sequined and beaded cuffs in black, silver, blue, red, and green. Cuffs have snap closures. Straight skirt with a center back slit. Detachable cummerbund belt that ties in the back. Back zip closure. There isn't a tag labelling the material content, but there is a 'Dry Clean Only' tag. Material has a silky feel to it, but with some weight. Fully lined. There are shoulder pads, but they aren't under the lining, so they could be removed. Label is Tracy Mills. Made in USA. Marked a Size 12, but please double check measurements below. Excellent condition - no flaws.
