Sexy Black Beach Dress/cover up

Kiwi Collection, black super sexy beach dress /cover up. Size M/L based on measurement. (Was purchased as a large but I would say fits around a size 10). Very comfy, lots of stretch and super sexy. I have worn as a dress on a beach vacation as well as a cover up over my bathing suit. Approx 25.5 inches from band below the breast to the hem. Measurement across from out to out is 16 inches.
