Sexy Velour over the knee high boots

These are super Sexy with a fitted dress, skirt or a skinny jean. Very comfortable for a heel. And a draw string tie up at the top. I am not much into high heels, so they need a new home. Like new, Size 9 but I find it is perfect fit for an 8.5. No name brand and had them in storage for a little while, so can't say for sure.
