Sezane Lace Blouse Top 38

Sezane black lace button front blouse top. Semi sheer sleeves and lined bodice. Vguc, only real sign of wear is the bottom hem (see photo) has a few loose ends. Hardware is gold. This is an authentic (albeit older) Sezane piece. I cannot find a stock anywhere and I’m wondering if it was once a dress and tailored. Still a lovely feminine piece! Has Gaya vibes but lined!
