Sezane Polka Dot Dress

***added additional photos another dress that I bought, never wore, and no longer fits Ugh very delicate and feminine with high neck and long sleeves buttons at back of neck polka dots are black fully lined cones with belt and belt loops essentially new, as never wore the dress... but note that I carefully removed the belt loops as I wanted the flowy look and didn't plan to wear it with belt... still have the loops, but they can be reattached
