Shabby Chic signed Porcelain Framed tile

This unique framed hand painted yellow porcelain roses with leaves is mounted on a glossy black tile. The measurements of the frame are 7.5" x 1.75" tall. It is in good Vintage condition with the following: 2 chipped roses as seen in the photo, which are only visible when you look up close. The edges of the frame have some wear. Original label on back of tile and signed by Artist Jeanne de Chantal on front.
