Shako faux leather high waist pencil skirt

Red Shako faux leather high waist skirt. Size: XS Waist: 10.6 inches Hip: 12.9 inches Length: 20.6 inches Stretch: slight stretch Got it as a gift but not the right size...I popped the stitches at the waist area when trying to fit in but still failed... (see photos for the loose stitches) but otherwise very nice and beautiful skirt! Just for reference, my hip is around 35 inches, so this may be the best fit for someone's hip between 32-34 inches
