Shan skirt

Black high stretch web skirt. Fully lined. No buttons or zippers. Pulls on. The lining is scissor cut so it can be shortened more of you choose. There's a top in the closet that works with the skirt. New with tags. Size 6: Waist measures 13.5" and stretches to 17" and length of the lining is 25.5". Size 8: Waist measures 14" and stretches to 18" and length of the lining is 25.5".
