Shan top

Black high stretch scuba like fabric top with pleated and puffy tulle sleeves. There is a web skirt that goes with this top in my closet. New with tags. Size 6: Pit to pit is approximately 16" and stretches to 18" and length is 23". Size 8: Pit to pit is approximately 17" and stretches to 19" and length is 23".
