catsequalhappy I'm having some issues with the label maker, it's not printing labels

pilykay @catsequalhappy hi ! It works perfectly. Just make sure your batteries are placed correctly or you charged it. I only got to use it a few times and it worked quickly for me.

catsequalhappy @pilykay it turns on, let's me type and then when I hit the print button it makes noise but no label. I even unwound the tape a bit, thinking maybe it just needed help but it still won't print. I've had a label maker like this in the past but in grey so I do know how to work it. I'll try trouble shooting via YouTube videos but I wanted to give you a heads up before I leave feedback

catsequalhappy there was some kind of film jammed around one of the rollers, causing it to not work pry, I removed it using tweezers and a crochet hook and it is working now
