She & Sky Red Wrap Dress

She & Sky red wrap dress with tiny white polka dots. I did not like the original off the shoulder sleeves, so I hand-stiched them into ruffle sleeves (as is photographed from the inside) but the stitching can easily be taken out without damaging the garment, or re-done. Super flattering, only worn a few times and great condition.
