I created this lovely sheer skirt from a double layer of tulle fabric & features gold embroidery details + it comes with a jersey under skirt. Flat measurements: Waistband width: 38cm - 48cm underskirt: 45cm Top of waistband to hem: 68cm Side seam to side seam across hip area: 75cm In an effort to reduce waste item(s) are securely packaged in upcycled & recycled materials.
