pja6455 @tiffvalentine98 Hi there, the dress is two separate pieces. So the tulle can be worn over something else. The under dress can be worn on its own.

pja6455 The length of the tulle dress is 45" from the shoulder, the underdress (which also has tulle is 51''. The PTP measurement is 21", waist is the same, both pieces have generous stretch. Hope that helps
