Sheer Teal Cardigan with Tassels and Velvet Detail

This is a beautiful sheer cardigan with a velvet floral print and tassels along the bottom and arms. It’s from Forever 21 so the quality is in the tassels isn’t great but the rest seems good. Only worn to try on and for pictures, no tags. It’s a medium in size and has cropped sleeves. To give you a better idea about sizing; I bought when I was generally a size medium and it fit, now I am typically a large and it still fits. I am 5’7 and the tassels hit a couple inches below my knees at the back and just above my knees in the front.
