Sheer aqua blue monarch butterfly lace trim blouse

This top was a one of a kind blouse found in a tiny (now closed) Toronto boutique. There are no brand or care tags, as I believe it was made by a local design student. The sheer poly fabric has glitter paint details, bead work and lace appliqué. Super unique and feminine. Fits like a small, there isn’t much give in the waist or fabric. Measurements laying flat: Shoulder: 15” Bust: 17.5” Lace around waist: 14.5” Length: 23”
