theaks @paigeisonposh sorry, my messages haven't been going through! I don't have a measuring tape handy (we're moving) but I have it a stretch and it's for at LEAST two inches of extra stretch pulled horizontally.

theaks @kellseven in standard sizes it's considered a L-XL, the flat measurement across the bust is 19", but it has LOTS of stretch.
