Sheer blouse with embroidery detail

Sheer black button down blouse with white embroidery detail. This blouse has beautiful bell sleeves and drill down the front covering buttons. Scalloped edges on the bottom finish off this blouse nicely. It is a size 16 but fits small. Worn only a few times.
