Hello! apologies for the slow reply!
The waist is elasticated, so it is a bit hard to determine an exact measurement... I'm a large and fits comfortably. It could fit a bit larger OR smaller. I'm 5"7 and the dress just touches the floor

waist 30"
length 50"
