This is a boxed stainless steel carving set made in Sheffield, England by Joseph Rodgers and Sons. The set includes a carving knife, a serving fork and a knife sharpener. The condition of the box is best described as deplorable; there is wear to the knife's blade as in the pictures. Date wise it was made between 1936 and 1952 as its crown mark is flanked by "G" and "R." That stands for "George Rex," or King George in English. Tip to tip the knife is 13" long; I don't know if the handles are made of bakelite or horn.
