Shein Brand New Floral Belted Dress ~ NWT

Brand new, never worn in original bag. Purchased recently but it was too big. Lovely midi length with fabric belt that makes it convertible to many sizes. Cute ruffles on bottom. Perfect for the evening or Fall events. Approximate width (unbelted) 18”, length 44”
