Shein black mini-skirt

Brand new!! But Came without a tag. Very cute little skirt- fabric looks like corduroy but it’s not really- much flowy and thinner. See measurements on pictures.... says size large but fits more like a medium- i am a size 8 and it fits me perfectly. Unfortunately was bought by someone size 10.
