Shein blue rose maxi skirt

Never worn, not sure it ever had tags to begin with, so it's "new in bag" condition! Selling because I thought the blue would be more of a blue-grey, but it was a much more saturated blue than I wanted. Fits nicely for XS, but as the waist is very stretchy, it could easily accommodate an S or petite waisted M. Material feels a bit like a windbreaker, not a jersey or cotton etc feel.
