Shell Mosaic Stretchy Bracelet - ?Reversible?

This large bracelet looks heavy but it is not. My best guess is that it is made using coconut shells and bits of abalone. It has two lengths of elastic that makes the disc-shaped beads stabilize and lay either on the mossic side or the earthy looking coconut shell side.
