Shell and Silver Necklace and Earring Set

This set is preowned. It has been wiped and cleaned with a silver cloth. It could be cleaned more thoroughly but it also looks very nice with a bit of patina. The earrings are stamped 925. The beads are tumbled abalone shell beads, and they have a rainbow iridescence when the light hits them. The abalone shell is said to have healing properties which include: Soothing, calming, and peace; relieves anxiety, stress, insomnia; promotes compassion and love Abalone shells are very similar materials to mother of pearl. Where mother of pear is a mix of ivories and white iridescence, abalone is darker with shades of green and blue.
