Sheri Hill Prom Dress

Blue Sheri Hill prom dress, it was bought in 2022. It’s a size 0, I had it hemmed to be shorter, it was hemmed to fit someone about 5’1, I do have the extra material still. It ties up in the back and has built in cups. I’ve worn it once.
