The front of the Dress was hemmed (brought up) an inch. The back of the dress has not been hemmed. A red hook was added to the back of the dress so that the dress can be bustled for dancing or walking around. It is very easy to walk in because of the slit, even without bustling. The straps were tightened a tiny bit.
