Shiff vintage blue long wool rounded shoulders fuller bottom fall coat. Size 3-4

Long blue vintage wool coat. Hidden button front. Two slit pockets in the front. Shoulder pads with rounded shoulders. The bottom is fuller more flowy. Lining is purple and has discoloration under the arms. It's also been altered to make it shorter. Shoulder pads are also a little creased inside. No damage to the exterior. See photos for all the flaws.
