Shift Dress NWT

Great, fitted shift dress....dress it up with heels or down with sneakers and a Jean jacket. I'm 5'6" and it falls just below the knee on me (it is Old Navy Tall Sz L). It is navy with white polka dots, short sleeved, with a 20" invisible zipper in the back. Never worn NWT.
